I just verified that I gave you the correct email address: have a request that I submitted a couple days ago and they replied with a Request # and said that they would get back to me.Īnd I have been using Topaz AI Clear, and find that it is fabulous. Without looking it up, I think it is somrthing like But look it up first since I am doing this from memory. Topaz provides a help email address as the means to contact them. I checked my online purchases thru Topaz and they show no evidence that I have purchased said item. They provide a short list of plugins to select from to make an inquiry.
When visiting the Topaz site there is apparently no way to send a message specifically regarding the above. Have rebooted, done all of the usual steps. Since then, I have not been able to access Topaz AI clear.

Last evening I received an update to Topaz Studio. Back in January I subscribed to Topaz AIclear.
These images were processed in Lightroom with the Auto develop function used.Sorry if this is not the correct topic section. I used the Medium model Strength on all these images, Low didn’t seem to make much difference to me. I don’t often shoot with high iso if I can avoid it. I had to go back several years in my Lightroom catalog to find some challenging image examples. If I decide to buy it then I just have to click on the Go Pro link and it will take me to Topaz Labs to purchase the plugin.
